Order Processing
You will receive a notification within 24-48 hours confirming the placement of your order.
Processing of your order will take approximately 3 days and you will receive another notification when your order is ready to be shipped, followed by another email with the shipping details.
Shipping Fees
Local (within the country of Japan) shipping is FREE!
For international shipping, please refer to tenso.com, which can help you with shipping.
Returns
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of the handicraft products, all sales are regarded as final (no refunds or returns). Should you wish to express your concern regarding the product you have received, please contact hello@wisdomtoolkit.co.
If an exchange of an item ia required, please notify us within 7 days of your receiving the item by emailing hello@wisdomtoolkit.co with the following details.
- Customer full name
- Customer address
- Customer phone number
- Email address used to place the order
- The name of the item for exchange
- The reason why you wish to exchange the item
Once the email is received, we will get back to you within 3 working days with instructions.
In order for Wisdom Toolkit to process your exchange:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Customer agrees to the 10% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount that will be applied to the items returned.
- Customer’s original shipping, handling, or any tax or customs charges are not refundable.
We will get back to you within 3 working days and do best to solve your concerns.
Wisdom Toolkit is not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while in transit. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.
